BRAMPFORD SPEKE PARISH COUNCIL

I hereby give notice of a meeting of Brampford Speke Parish Council to be held at Brampford Speke Village Hall on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 at 7.30pm, to which Councillors are summoned.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and may speak at the Democratic Period.

Brampford Speke Parish Council: Cllr S Luxton, Cllr E Hollingsworth, Cllr R Tillett, Cllr E Johns and Cllr L Fletcher-Neal, Cllr W Honan and Cllr A Birmingham.

As detailed in the Council’s Press & Media policy:

      • March 4th 2020
      • April 22nd 2020- Parish Council Meeting followed by the Annual Parish Meeting
    • Revised frequency of meetings for 2020-2021 – Council to discuss possible permanent change in frequency of meetings for 2020-2021

  3. ACCESS TO INFORMATION - EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

Under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public will be excluded from the next item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 respectively of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, namely information relating to an individual.
