I hereby give notice of a Virtual meeting of Brampford Speke Parish Council to be held on Wednesday March 3rd 2021 at 7.30pm, to which Councillors are summoned.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and may speak at the Public Question Time. Members of the Public wishing to ask a question at public question time are requested to send the question to the Clerk 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.

9. Brampford Speke, Upton Pyne and Cowley Community Land Trust
To discuss the request to support a new Housing Needs Survey
10. Upgrade to Church Path
Members to agree on approach to upgrade Church Path including funding and permission from local land owners
11. Parking Issues
Members to discuss a request from residents to fund parking cones and other parking issues in the village
12. Local Plan
Members to agree a Community Response to the EDDC Local Plan—deadline 15th March 2021
13. Annual Parish Meeting
Members to discuss and agree the format, timing and location of the Annual Parish Meeting which was due to take place on the rising of the next Parish Council meeting on 21st April 2021.

To agree the contents of the Speke Up submission
