Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 22nd April 2020 at 7.00pm via a Zoom virtual meeting
Present: Cllr S Luxton (Chairman), Cllr R Tillett, Cllr L Fletcher-Neal, Cllr W Honan, Cllr E Johns and Cllr A Birmingham (Vice-Chairman)
In Attendance: Carole Oliphant (Clerk), and DCC Cllr Sara Randall Johnson and Cllr Ray Bloxham

Council NOTED that the following expenses were authorised and paid since the last meeting on 4th March 2020.
• Expenses approved for payment:
• 1 x to Clerk (March Salary)
• 1 x to HMRC (March Salary)
• Brampford Speke Neighbourhood Watch - £50.00
• DALC Subscription - £75.69
Payments were authorised by the Chairman, Cllr A Birminghamand Cllr R Tillett in line with the Financial Regulations.
Accounting Statements March 2020
178/19 Scheme of Delegation
The Council had before it a Scheme of Delegation provided by the Clerk which required adoption by the Council.
The Council RESOLVED to adopt the Scheme of Delegation and publish the details on the website.
