Open Meeting for the 2024 Coldridge Fete & Vintage Rally

I am pleased to announce that the 2024 Coldridge Fete Committee will be hosting an Open Meeting for residents of the Parish on Wednesday 15th May, 7.30pm in the Village Hall to update you on progress for our 2024 fete preparations and announce some of the exciting attractions lined up for 29th June 2024 – that’s a mere 45 days time from this meeting!!

 

 

It’s an ideal opportunity (especially if you are new to the area) to meet the team and get a latest heads-up on what’s planned & what to expect on the day. It’s also a chance for you to share your thoughts and ideas, and (if not already) explore if and how you might be able to play a part either before and on the day.

I look forward to meeting you all on the 15th May.

COLDRIDGE QUIZ NIGHT (24th February) - The Scores are in!

On behalf of the 2024 Coldridge Fete Committee, I would like to extend a huge thank you to all who took part in the Coldridge Quiz Night on Saturday 24th February and for the many donations of prizes for the Quiz night raffle.

Thanks to your generosity, I am pleased to announce that the event raised the sum of £616.68 which will go towards preparations for our 2024 Coldridge Fete on 29th June 2024.

What an amazing and special community we have here in Coldridge - thank you once again!!

The 2024 Grand Prize Draw - Tickets On Sale Now!

On behalf of the Coldridge Fete Committee I am pleased to announce the launch of ticket sales for the 2024 Grand Prize Draw. 

Books of tickets are now available to buy at Village Hall events or by contacting Ivan Kriznik (details below).

 

 

Further details of the all the prizes on offer will be shared closer to Fete Day, with the draw itself taking place in the Fete Field in Coldridge on 29th June 2024 at 4pm.

2024 Flower Festival - Launch Meeting Announcement

Our Coldridge Fete & Flower Festival will be taking place this year on 29th June and our thoughts will be turning to decorating the church with flowers & foliage for the Flower Festival. Our last one was a great success and the church was filled with beautiful displays. If you would like to be creative and ‘have a go’ at contributing please do get in touch.

This is not a competition and anyone is welcome to contribute, young or old, male or female, on your own or as part of a group or even as a family.

If you would like to take part or just find out more, please join us on Saturday 24 February at 10.30am in the church for a coffee & a chat. We will decide a theme and people can explore the nooks & crannies of the church and choose a spot for their creations!

I am happy to help & will go through a few ideas and tips. We hope that lots of people will take part!
