Coldridge Fete Overview

Our biennial Village Fete, Vintage Rally, Flower Festival and Dog Show has many aims and objectives, the principal one being to offer a great day of fun for families both local and visiting from other parts. The event also seeks to raise much needed funds to support our community - in 2022 this includes Coldridge Village Hall and St. Matthew's Church Fabric Fund.  Younger members of our parishioners' families often return from their homes across the country for Fete Day, many turning up to run their own stalls and attractions to help make the Fete a great success.

The 2022 Coldridge Village Fete & Vintage Rally

Celebrating the best of life in Coldridge and Mid-Devon the much loved Coldridge Village Fete & Vintage Rally, Flower Festival and Dog Show will return on Saturday 25th June 2022.

Located at the heart of the village alongside the church you will find a selection of traditional village fete stalls, children’s activities and games lining up alongside local traders and craft demonstrations all arranged around our main ring - the focus for a variety of entertainments planned for the afternoon.

The vintage rally brings together an impressive display of classic cars, stationary engines and tractors, many of which will parade in the main ring. The 13th Century Parish Church of St. Matthew’s will provide an historic setting for our Flower Festival…and there’s also our popular Dog Show which offers a range of classes open to all, culminating in the ‘Best in Show’ round in the main ring.

Food and refreshments will be on sale throughout, which can be enjoyed whilst listening to music provided by local artists. Finally don’t forget to try your luck in one of the afternoon’s competitions, including the Grand Prize Draw!

To help families join us at the fete, this year entrance for ALL 16s and under will be FREE. So save the date and join us on 25th June 2022 for one of Mid-Devon’s best days out.
