Minutes 11th October 2018

Parish Council meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 11th October 2018 at 8 p.m.

Mr G. Hall (Chairman), Mr D. Berry, Mr. N. Baker, Mr. A. Chave, Mrs J. Mitchell,

Mr M. Lake (Work Commitment)

3. NON-ATTENDANCE

Mr. G. Kingdom, Mr R. Hill

4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS

The minutes of the meeting held on 20th September 2018 had already been circulated prior to the meeting. Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Berry and seconded by Mr Chave and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by the chairman.

5. DECLARATION OF INTEREST

None

6. MATTERS ARISING

The clerk stated that she had received correspondence from the Enforcement Officer of the planning department of Mid Devon DC stating that the building being erected in respect of application 17/01137/FULL (Allberry Farm, Way Village) did not agree with the approved plans, but a non-material amendment application was requested from the applicant.

7. ROAD SIGN

Mr Hall stated that a new warning road sign had been ordered for Way Village as previously agreed and it should arrive shortly.

8. PLANNING APPLICATION (18/01400/FULL) Erection of dwelling following demolition of agricultural building at Two Acres, Puddington.

A short discussion took place.

Proposal: Mrs Mitchell proposed and Mr Chave seconded no objections to this application and the meeting unanimously agreed

9. HIGHWAY PROBLEMS

Reported several potholes between Lytheland and Robins Post.
