Parish Council meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 8th August 2019 at 8 p.m.

4 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
The minutes of the meeting held on 20th June 2019 had already been circulated prior to the meeting.
Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mrs Mitchell and seconded by Mr Hill and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by the chairman.
5 DECLARATION OF INTEREST
None
6 MATTERS ARISING
The clerk reported that she had received a couple of complaints from parishioners concerning building works going on at South Eastway, Way Village without the
necessary planning permissions. They believed that a building had been converted to a barn that would become a dwelling. The clerk stated that she had reported this to the Enforcement Officer at Mid Devon DC.
7 PLANNING APPLICATION (19/001210/FULL) Conversion of barn to dwelling and conversion of barn to garage/workshop at Eastland, Pennymoor
A parishioner spoke about this planning. The meeting discussed this application.
Proposal: Mr Hill proposed and Mr Kingdom seconded support for this application and the meeting unanimously agreed.
8 HIGHWAY PROBLEMS
No further highway problems other than those already reported.
