Minutes 14th February 2019

Parish Council meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 14th February 2019 at 8 p.m.

4 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS The minutes of the meeting held on 10th January 2019 had already been circulated prior to the meeting.

Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Chave and seconded by Mrs Mitchell and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by the chairman.

5 DECLARATION OF INTEREST

None

6 MATTERS ARISING

The clerk confirmed that the laptop had been repaired and was now working ok.

7 TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER – Pennymoor speed limit

The clerk stated that she had received an email from Cllr Squires suggesting that if we were to apply for funding from the Communities Together Fund along with Lapford PC to fund a joint TRO then it is likely the TRO would be granted. The clerk had contacted the clerk from Lapford PC and was expecting the completed forms to be available for this meeting to discuss, but they had not arrived. The meeting agreed that this was worth pursuing but understood that it may miss the submission deadline next week. It was left with the clerk to sort out and report back at the next meeting.

8 HIGHWAY PROBLEMS
