Parish Council meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 14th March 2019 at 8 p.m.

4 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS

The minutes of the meeting held on 14th February 2019 had already been circulated prior to the meeting. Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Berry and seconded by Mrs Mitchell and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by the chairman.

6 MATTERS ARISING

None

7 PLANNING APPLICATION (19/00183/HOUSE) Erection of double car port and workshop at Chapple Barn, Pennymoor.

A short discussion took place

Proposal: Mr Lake proposed and Mr Kingdom seconded agreement to this application and the meeting unanimously agreed.

8 PLANNING APPLICATION (19/00317/PNCOU) Prior notification for the change of use of an agricultural building to 1 residential dwelling under Class Q | Land and Buildings at NGR 288496 110289(South Eastway) Pennymoor.

Parish Council is not required to give an opinion on this change of use, will await further development planning.

7 TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER (TRO) – Pennymoor speed limit

The clerk stated the Community Together Fund application was submitted by Lapford Parish Council for a TRO to include Down St Mary and Cruwys Morchard Parish Council speed limit changes. Cllr Squires had informed the clerk that the application had been successful with agreement to £2,000 with the rest of the cost of the TRO to be borne by the other parish councils. Now awaiting further information on progressing the TRO.

8 HIGHWAY PROBLEMS

The following potholes were reported again:

• Greenland Head to Puddington

• Nomansland just passed crossroads
