Parish Council meeting on Thursday 10th September 2020 at 8 p.m.
Due to COVID-19 this meeting was held remotely via video conferencing

- MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The minutes of the meeting held on 6th August 2020 had already been circulated prior to the meeting.
Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mrs Mitchell and seconded by Mr Berry and was unanimously agreed by the meeting. Minutes will be signed by the chairman in due course.

- PARISH COUNCILLOR DISQUALIFICATION
The clerk reported that in accordance with legislation Richard Hill has been disqualified from being a parish councillor as he had not attended any meetings in over 6 months and had not provided an acceptable reason for his non-attendance.
- PLANNING APPLICATION (20/00344/FULL) – Erection of an agricultural workers caravan and associated access track at Hollowmoor Poultry Farm, Pennymoor.
Lengthy discussion took place concerning the changes to the property over the years
Proposal: Mr. Kingdom proposed and Mr P. Lake seconded agreement to this application with the proviso that permanent residence was not allowed in the future. The meeting unanimously agreed.
- PLANNING APPLICATION (20/01293/FULL) – Change of use of agricultural land for the formation of tennis court and associated fencing, North of Little Heath, Pennymoor.
Short discussion took place.
Proposal: Mr Berry proposed and Mr M. Lake seconded agreement to this application and the meeting unanimously agreed.
- HIGHWAY PROBLEMS
Mrs Mitchell stated that the grit bin near Down Cottage needS filling up.
