AGM minutes 11th May 2017

Annual Parish meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 11th May 2017 at 8 p.m.

Mrs S. Smyth (Chairman), Mr. D. Berry, Mr. A. Chave, Mr M. Lake, Mrs J. Mitchell, Mr G. Hall, Cllr P. Colthorpe (District Councillor),
2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Mr N. Baker (Holiday), Cllr M. Squires (County Councillor) (Attending another meeting)
3 NON-ATTENDANCE
Mr. G. Kingdom
4 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS AGM
The minutes of the meeting held on 12th May 2016 had already been circulated prior to the meeting.
Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Lake and seconded by Mr. Berry and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by
the chairman.
5 CHAIRMAN’S REPORT (see attached)
The clerk read out the Chairman’s report which was signed by the chairman
6 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN
CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mr Berry proposed and Mrs Mitchell seconded Mrs S Smyth as Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mr Lake proposed and Mr Hall seconded Mr D. Berry as Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.

As there were no members of the public present, no discussion took place.
