AGM minutes 12th May 2016

Annual Parish meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 12th May 2016 at 8 p.m.

APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Mrs S. Smyth (On holiday), Mrs M. Squires (County Councillor) (Other meetings)
CHAIRMAN’S REPORT (see attached)
The Chairman’s report for the year had already been distributed to the meeting beforehand and as there were no members of the public present there was no requirement for it to be read out.
ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN
CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mrs Mitchell proposed and Mr Kingdom seconded Mrs S Smyth as Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mr Chave proposed and Mrs Mitchell seconded Mr D. Berry as Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.
PUBLIC DISCUSSION
As there were no members of the public present, no discussion took place.
