AGM minutes 9th May 2019

Annual Parish meeting was held in Cruwys Morchard Parish Hall on Thursday 9th May 2019 at 8 p.m.

Mr G. Hall (Chairman), Mr D. Berry, Mr. N. Baker, Mr. M. Lake, Mrs J. Mitchell, Mr R. Hill
2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
None
3 NON-ATTENDANCE
Mr G. Kingdom
4 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS AGM
The minutes of the meeting held on 10th May 2018 had already been circulated prior to the
meeting.
Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Lake, and
seconded by Mrs Mitchell and was unanimously agreed by the meeting and duly signed by the chairman.
5 CHAIRMAN’S REPORT (see attached)
The chairman read out the Chairman’s report which was signed by the chairman
6 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN
CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mr Baker proposed and Mrs Mitchell seconded Mr G. Hall as Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.
Mr Hall duly signed the acceptance of office form.
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Proposal: Mrs Mitchell proposed and Mr Lake seconded Mr D. Berry as Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council. The meeting unanimously agreed.
PUBLIC DISCUSSION
As there were no members of the public present, no discussion took place.
