4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS APM
The minutes of the meeting held on 4th May 2021 had already been circulated prior to the meeting.
Proposal: Agreement to the content of the minutes was proposed by Mr Berry, and seconded by Mrs Mitchell and the meeting unanimously agreed

The chairman read out the Chairman’s report which was signed by the chairman
