a. All councillors have a personal interest n Parish Council financial matters
3. Dispensation for Councillors
a. Dispensation granted to all councillors
i. The Clerk provided all councillors with dispensation to discuss the annual finances of the Council
4. Open Forum
a. One member of the public was present and commented on Council contact with the Ironman organisers.
5. Audit Return
a. Cash Book
i. A copy of the cash book (01/04/14 – 31/03/15) was circulated to all councillors to review
b. Income & Expenditure
i. A copy the Income and Expenditure account (01/04/14-31/03/15) was circulated to all councillors to review
c. Bank Reconciliation
i. A copy of the year end Bank Reconciliation was circulated to all councillors
d. Audit Report
i. A copy of annual variances on income and expenditure was circulated to all councillors to review
e. Audit Return
i. Section 1 –
a. A copy was circulated to all councillors and agreed and signed by the Chairman and the Clerk
ii. Section 2 –
a. Each question of Section two was read to the councillors and answered accordingly. Section 2 was agreed and signed by the Chairman and the Clerk

7. Letter to Ironman
a. It is proposed to send the attached letter to the Ironman organisation
i. After some discussion the Council RESOLVED to write a reminder letter to the organisers of the Ironman reminding them of previous concerns outlined by the Parish Council.
