· Carla Dawes – asked that potholes should be marked

· JA responded that the working group has proposals which will be outlined at the next meeting

· Carla Dawes – reported that the 30mph sign on road to Bampton is loose.

The Chairman will make a report at the meeting on 24 May, with a further meeting proposed for 05 July for inter community discussion

a. DALC £9.00 (VAT on £45 invoice) agreed to pay

b. Barriers Direct £176.40 (barriers for old railway bridge) agreed to pay

c. Community First Insurance £308.13 (quote for renewal on 01 June) agreed to pay
