I hereby give notice that a Meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held remotely using Zoom on Thursday 3 December 2020 at 7.00pm.

 All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the Business to be transacted at the meeting set out hereunder.

9.1              To note response from Peninsula Road Safety Partnership – there is no significant speeding issue in NSC – the software is not available to buy separately and requires a licence which is £2,500 per speeding device.   DCC will be producing a report.

9.3              To consider projects suitable for grant application to DCC Locality Fund held by Cllr M Squires.  Allotment? Provision of NSC foodbank?

  • Speed restrictions in Station Road – SCARF re test requested – with Cllr M Squires
  • Request for a School sign in Station Road and possible zig-zag lines outside the school – declined - requested this is re-considered. Cllr M Squires to check if PC can put up sign
  • Request for a Road Safety audit on A377 in centre of village
  • Chapter 8 training for volunteers – on hold due to Covid
  • Drain cover on A377 – passed to BT as a fault
  • Double white lines on A377 – Cllr M Squires to follow up
