Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at the Oakford Village Hall on Monday 12th December 2022 at 7.30 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

Declarations of Interest

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting. 

Public Forum

An opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 14th November 2022 as an accurate record of the meeting.

Planning

a) To comment on any planning applications received before the meeting. No applications received when the agenda was published.

b) To note any planning decisions made by MDDC.

22/01128/CLU Certificate of Lawfulness for existing use of land for siting of a mobile Home (caravan) for alternative uses consisting of short hold tenancy and holiday lettings (Use Class C3), associated external wooden decking area, garden/amenity area, car parking and vehicular access for a period in excess of 10 years. Location: The Paddock Spurway Mill, Oakford. Decision: certificate granted.
