Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at the Oakford Village Hall on Tuesday 11th April 2023 at 7.30 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

Public Forum

An opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

Decision: consent granted.

Update on response to letter sent to MDDC regarding criteria for decisions on PNAG applications.
