Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at the Oakford Village Hall on Monday 13th March 2023 at 7.30 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting. 

Public Forum

An opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 13th February 2023 as an accurate record of the meeting.

Planning

a) To comment on any planning applications received before the meeting.

b) To note any planning decisions made by MDDC. No decision notices received when the agenda was published.

c) Update on response to letter sent to MDDC regarding criteria for decisions on PNAG applications.

d) Any other planning matters.

Highways

a) Any matters to note or report.

b) Update on actions regarding flooding on Rookery Hill

c) Update on actions regarding the condition of the road from Spurway Mill to the A361 and the lack of appropriate warning signage and safety barrier at Hangmans Hill.

d) To report on the levels of salt/grit in the grit bins in the parish.

e) To discuss the DCC Snow Warden Scheme
