Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 8th July 2024 for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Public Forum: an opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

Update on SWW work to the sewerage treatment works
Community Area:
a) Any points to note from inspections of community area
b) To note the replacement of the gate at the top of the play area and the sand added to the pétanque court.
c) To discuss options for repairs to the bridge or possible replacement
d) To discuss the suggestion of trying to create a footpath from the Village Hall car park to the Community Area.
