Parish Council Agenda: June 2024
Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 10th June 2024 for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting.
Public Forum:
An opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

b) To note dangerous road conditions at Ford Moor Cross (almost invisible road markings when approaching Ford Moor Cross from High Way)

g) To agree that the Parish Council wishes to certify itself as exempt from a limited assurance review under Section 9 of the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015.
