Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 10th November 2025 for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting.
Public Forum:
an opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.
To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 13th October 2025 as an accurate record of the meeting.

25/01450/Full Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 20/00814/FULL (Erection of dwelling) to allow substitution of approved plans relating to the design of the,dwelling. Location: Barn Pinkworthy, Oakford.
