I hereby give notice that a meeting of the above named Parish Council will be held in the Shobrooke Village Hall on Tuesday 9 April 2019 at 7.30pm.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the Business to be transacted at the meeting set out hereunder.

19/00140/OUT - Outline application for the replacement of an existing lawful mobile home on the site with a permanent dwelling at The Mobile Home, Mill Ash Farm, Shobrooke Crediton – permission refused
4.3 To note the award from the Communities Together Fund for £279.00 towards two new grit bins and to note an additional £100.00 is available from DCC Locality fund. To agree specification and purchase

5.1 Outstanding Road and Footpath issues
i) Drains opposite the village hall/bus stop – work carried out
ii) Poor road surface by Creedy Court – no update
iii) Damaged bridge by Lower Coombe Cottages – no update
iv) Junction at Church lane white lines needed – no update
v) Various potholes – reported to DCC
5.2 New issues identified
5.3 Footpath Warden. To note offer by a parishioner to walk paths on a regular basis and notify Clerk of any actions required.

13/04/19 Date of next meeting: Tuesday 12 May 2019 Annual Parish Council Meeting in the Village Hall at 7.30 pm. This will be the first meeting of the new council and forms will need to be signed prior to the start of the meeting.
