Notice of Meeting of Parish Council

Dear Councillors

I hereby give notice that the meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held in the Shobrooke Village Hall on Tuesday 10 December 2019 at 7.30pm.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the Business to be transacted at the meeting set out hereunder.

7.3              To resign a cheque to J Hill following the banks refusal to cash the cheque as according to their files, Cllr L Pitts is not a signatory.   To note a complaint has been sent to the bank.
