I hereby give notice that an extraordinary meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at the Shobrooke Playing Fields Friday 27 April 2018 at 7.30pm.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the Business to be transacted at the meeting set out hereunder.

17/04/18     To consider and note the repairs and maintenance work carried out at the playing fields.  To consider if the playing fields can be re-opened

Each Councillor is requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas.  Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
