Accounts 2016 - 2017
Under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities, Parish Councils with an annual turnover not exceeding £25,000 should publish no later than 1 July in the year immediately following the accounting year to which it relates:
a) All items of expenditure over £100 (Shobrooke Parish Council has elected to publish all expenditure)
b) End of year accounts - signed statement of accounts according to the Annual Return format accompanied by c) copy of the bank reconciliation and d) an explanation of any significant variances
e) Annual governance statement
g) External auditor certificate and report
h) Location of public land and building assets (asset register)
