Annual Parish Meeting Agenda May 2021

Stoodleigh Annual Parish Meeting to be held in the Parish Hall,

on Wednesday 26 May 2021 at 7.00pm

 

To ensure compliance with Covid regulations the number of attendees needs to be limited.  Parishioners are still very welcome to attend or representatives of the local organisations are invited to submit a report if they prefer. The Parish Council appreciate that much activity within the parish has been curtailed this past year but there may still well be events worthy of sharing.

Please could I have ideas of possible attendee numbers by Monday, 24th May or any ideas or suggestions that you would like to discuss.

  1. Open Forum – an opportunity for members of the public to debate any current issues
  2. The increase in development within the local woodland
  3. MDDC Climate & Sustainability Projects - identify possible tree planting sites
  4. Fraud protection – an initiative from Avon and Somerset Police
  5. Suggestions for purchases or new projects as £1000 available under the S106 grant MDDC
