3  Planning Application

19/02000/FULL Erection of dwelling - Land at NGR 290782 118496 (Rull Farm) Stoodleigh

Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application. Concern was expressed that Public Health had commented that the new development position resulted in the proposed dwelling being closer to the agricultural holding and agricultural workshop than the original class Q building. Public Health had recommended that the developer calculate the level of sound mitigation required against these already established and proposed land uses and that this information was required before any recommendation could be made. Following discussion it was, unanimously:-

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application subject to the Local Planning Authority being satisfied that the recommendations of Public Health are met by the positioning of an acoustic barrier.
