3 Planning Application -

19/01654/FULL Erection of an agricultural workshop/storage building following demolition of existing stable block, Land and Buildings at NGR 290779 118460 (Beacon View), Stoodleigh Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application. Following discussion it was, unanimously:-

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application.

4 Planning Application -

19/01690/LBC Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment of existing roof, Aldridge Mill, Oakford Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application. Following discussion it was, unanimously:-

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application.

5 Planning Application -

19/01737/HOUSE Erection of a two storey extension and balcony following demolition of existing lobby and conservatory, Stoodleigh Moor Farm, Stoodleigh Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application. Following discussion it was, unanimously:-

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application.

19/01831/CAT | Notification of intention to pollard 5 Beech trees within the Conservation Area, Land and Buildings at NGR 292055 118954 (Quoit-at-Cross), Stoodleigh Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application. Following discussion it was, unanimously:-

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application.
