Minutes Planning Meeting July 4 2022

MINUTES of a meeting of Stoodleigh Parish Council held on Monday 4 July at 7.45pm in the Parish Hall, Stoodleigh

 

Present Councillors:  W Knowles (Chairman), G Parkman, C Payne and G Talbot

 

1          Apologies:  Councillors S Davey and J Widdowson

2          Declarations of Interest:  None

3          The Public: No members of the public present

4          Planning Notification:  22/01184/CAT | Notification of intention to fell a group of 3 Leylandii trees within the Conservation Area | Court Place Stoodleigh

            Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this notification.

            Following discussion it was, unanimously:

                        RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this notification.

5          Planning Application: 22/00999/FULL | Erection of dwelling following removal of existing buildings | Land and Buildings at NGR 289588 120181 (Bellbrook Valley Trout Fishery) Oakford

            Prior to the meeting members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application.

            Having regard to the lack of clarity expressed by the applicant regarding the removal of the buildings as detailed in the application, and following discussion it was, unanimously:-

     RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council     support this application subject to the following conditions:

• the existing buildings, and planning permissions associated with those buildings, be removed as detailed in the application, prior to commencement of work; and
• an agricultural tie to Bellbrook Valley Trout Fishery be included on the proposed dwelling house.
