Minutes of the Planning Meeting of Stoodleigh Parish Council held on 30th June 21023 at 7.00pm at Stoodleigh Parish Hall

 

Members present, Councillors W Knowles (Chairman), J Mansfield, G Parkman and C Payne

  1. Planning Application:

23/00837/FULL | Erection of an agricultural building | Land at NGR 291686 119244 Ash Hill Farm Stoodleigh

Prior to the meeting, members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application.

During the course of the discussion, concerns were raised regarding: 

  • The proposed building will only be used for the storage of agricultural machinery, straw, hay and at times livestock. The building will not be used for any activities associated with the West Country Casualties business.

Following discussion it was, unanimously:-   

RESOLVED that the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application subject to the District Council including the appropriate conditions to ensure the concerns listed above are addressed.

On the 22nd June 2023 members of the Parish Council had visited the site which was the subject of this application.

  • There were no concerns raised regarding this application.

Following discussion it was, unanimously:-   

RESOLVED that, the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application.
