On the 29^th August 2024 members of the Parish Council visited the site which was the subject of this application.

RESOLVED that the Local Planning Authority be advised that the Parish Council support this application. Subject to the following conditions:

• the existing buildings, and planning permissions associated with those buildings, be removed as detailed in the application (22/00999/FULL), prior to commencement of work; and
• an agricultural tie to Bellbrook Valley Trout Fishery be included on the proposed dwelling house.
