a) Section 1, Q10
“We have put in place arrangements for the effective IT and data management in accordance with proper practices during the year under review.”
This has not been met and the following explanation has been provided.
“AGAR 2025/26
Section 1, Q10 answered “No”
Research into email address with .org or .gov is still in progress. Appears to be huge variation in cost and concerns about sufficient storage. This has been an agenda item for the last three bimonthly Parish Council meetings”
b) Claim for £199.25 VAT ready to submit
c) Internal Auditor’s report to be circulated in advance of meeting
- Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2025/26
a) Approve and sign accounts for 2025/26
b) Agree and sign Certificate of Exemption AGAR 2025/26 Form 2, for authorities where the higher of gross income or gross expenditure did not exceed £25,000 in the year ended 31 March 2026 (to be emailed by no later than 30 June 2026)
c) Approve and sign Section 1 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return
d) Approve and sign Section 2 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return
e) Agree the Annual Internal Audit report 2025/26
f) Agree the notice of Public rights and publication of unaudited annual governance and accountability return for the year ended 31 March 2026. The inspection period must be 30 working days inclusive and must include the first 10 working days of July.
