Stoodleigh Annual Show 2023

Thank you to all of you who took part in this event to make it such a success: Thank you for entering the competition; we had over a hundred more exhibits than last year, in 46 classes - what a wonderful display! Congratulations to all who won prizes.

Thank you for coming along to spend some money at the Garden Stall, on the Raffle and to enjoy some tea and cake, whilst catching up with friends and neighbours. There was a lovely friendly atmosphere and it seems that everyone had a good time.

Thank you also to the Garden Club members and their partners, who put heart and soul into making this event such a success. You acted as stewards, caterers and bakers, provided items for the raffle and stall, wrote certificates, helped on stalls, helped with setting up and with clearing away and cleaning up too. Your contributions were so much appreciated and without them - it just wouldn't have happened!

Next year’s Show will be on Saturday 24 August. Please put the date in your diary, and if this year’s Show has inspired you to become more involved, we always welcome new members.

We hope to let you have the 2024 Show Schedule early next year, in time for planning your veg patch and flowering plants, and for using the winter evenings to be creative.

With our thanks to all who supported us, from the Show Organising Committee
