Entry fee: 40p per adult entry (under 12s free)
(Entry forms will be circulated nearer the time)

Hall opens for exhibits on 22nd: 10.00 - 11.15am

Exhibits may be removed from: 4.15pm

TERMS:
A. Classes open to all amateurs
B. Garden exhibits must have been grown by the exhibitor, and/or been in the possession of the exhibitor for at least 4 months before the show. Craft items must not have been exhibited at this Show previously.
C. Exhibitors may enter only one exhibit in any one class.
D. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own exhibits, placed where directed by a steward. Exhibitors must not touch or move any other person’s exhibit; stewards and judges are the only people with authority to do this.
E. The Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit that may occur at the show.
F. A child is defined as being under 12 years of age on the day of the show.

Awards: The Show Cup will be awarded for the highest number of points overall, with rosettes for the winner, runners up and the best overall exhibit in each section. The glass flower bowl will be awarded to the Garden Club member with the highest points. The silver rose bowl will be presented to the winner of the single rose class. There are cash prizes for the children’s class winners, a miniature cup for the most points in the children’s section and rosettes for children’s entries in adult classes.
