Pilates Class
Karen Sharp who is a qualified APPI Instructor has been running a successful class for several years at Stoodleigh Parish Hall.
The new spring term starts on Monday 8 January!
Classes normally take place on Monday evenings from 7pm-8pm. There are now spaces if you are interested in joining the Pilates class and you're invited to book your place.
