             5.4 Changes to Audit arrangements coming. UPC may self certify as exempt from external audit.

             5.5 General Data Protection Regulations: Need to appoint Data Protection Officer (DPO)

             5.6 Arrangements for Clerk's annual Appraisal

             5.7 Review Grass-cutting arrangements for 2018.
