Agenda for a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th November at 7.30pm                          at Washfield Village Hall

1. Election of Chair.

3. Disclosure of interest in item on the Agenda. Councillors are reminded of the need to disclose or declare an  interest in the item to be discussed.

4. To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 29^th September 2021 as an accurate record of the Meeting.

5. Matters arising from the minutes (not already covered by the agenda).

6. Co-option of a councillor

8. Planning

         a) To make a recommendation on any planning applications received before the meeting. No applications                   received when the agenda was published.

         b) To note any decisions on planning applications made by MDDC

         c) Any other planning matters

      9. Highways

          a) To report on any highways work carried out in the parish and to note any highways work needed

          b) Highways Town and Parish Virtual Conferences 2021

          c) Any other highways matters.

10. Reports

         a) County Cllr

         b) District Cllr

11. Finance: to approve any payments

12. Footpaths

         a) To consider the proposed diversion of Footpath No 6, Washfield (in the vicinity of Slade Farm).

         b) Report from Cllr Mrs Taylor-Ross on the compilation of a list of problems on the footpaths in Washfield and             any update from the DCC Public Rights of Way Warden on his cyclic review of the parish footpaths.

         c) To agree the Parish Council’s response to the Definitive Map Review.

         d) To discuss joining the DCC Parish Paths Partnership Scheme (P3).
