Adventure Playground Trust

The Adventure Playground, Skateboard Park and BMX Track are vested in a registered charitable trust.  The Parish Council act as Managing & Custodian Trustee.

Trust Deed The original Trustees detailed in this document were replaced at their request by the Parish Council by Order of the Minister of Education in a document dated 21/12/1960  held by the Parish Council.

Witheridge Playing Fields Charitable Trust

The object of the charity is, in the interests of social welfare, to improve the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions by the provision and maintenance of a playing field and recreation ground.
