Agenda Item 10.4
Dear Jane
I am on the Village Hall committee and recently we have reviewed our notice boards, following the departure of one of our regular users. This has left us with a large notice board empty and we feel it would be a really great opportunity to use this board to publicise the work / activities within the village. The information will be there for about a month and then we will rotate through to another group, so every 12-18 months we would be asking each village group to prepare something.
I thought it would be good to start with the Parish Council for January 2019 and wondered if this is something you would be interested in. I would need any publicity information dropped off and I can then display it for you. This can be work you are doing / general information / publicity to get helpers or members involved.
Would you be kind enough to discuss this with the parish council and let me know if this is something you would like to do? Any publication can be dropped off at the hall (marked for my attention, I can then drop it back once we change to another group)
I really hope the parish council will be in agreement with this and look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
